Winter Alpine Climbing
Our winter climbing programs in the mountains overlooking Bansko are our suggestions for people looking for more technical routes and hard-to-reach peaks. We will start in the early hours of the day, and we will meet the first rays of the sun on the high peaks of Pirin and Rila. We also have interesting offers for ski mountaineering enthusiasts.
You will be briefed before hand on the necessary equipment you will need and also the intinary. The guides have many years of experience and hold professional mountain leaders UIMLA qualifications.
Group size 1 or 2 persons only.
A typical itinerary
Day 1:
Meeting in Bansko or Dobrinishte at midday.
Equipment check and briefing.
Drive to the hut where the climb will begin the following morning.
Spend the night in the hut.
Day 2:
An early alpine start before sunrise.
Climbing throughout the day.
Return back down to the parking.
