Ski Pass

Bansko Gondola Lift operates from Bansko to the Banderishka Polyana ski centre.

Purchasing lift pass tickets in the resort:

Tickets can be purchased at the gondola lift cash desk. It is open Thursday to Saturday in peak periods between 08:30 and 23:00 and Sunday to Wednesday 08:30 to 16:30. It is advisable to purchase your pass the evening before to avoid the queue on the morning of your skiing. Each person in your group will need to physically go to the gondola lift cash desk as the cashier takes a digital photo at the booth for each pass.

You can buy your lift pass anytime the previous day to be valid for the next day. Please note that one day lift passes are only available to purchase from 4pm the previous day.

If you require some flexibility and you are not sure how many days you may require a lift pass, purchase a one or two day pass at the gondola cash desk, then extra days can be loaded onto it online as and when required. There is no need to visit the cash desk again, saving you time and money and thus there is no need to pay for days you don’t use.

Unfortunately ski passes cannot be purchased online however once purchased you can reload your ski pass online at www.skipoint.info/skiline

Loyalty Program

Starting from the winter season 2018/2019, Yulen introduced a loyalty program for customers who purchased season passes. The benefits increase with the number of years a lift pass has been purchased, there are three types of cards available silver, gold and platinum. Check out the full details here.

Please note:

The gondola lift uses face recognition cameras monitoring everyone, do not use or buy somebody's else lift pass as you may be likely to be refused entry.

There are some companies that will arrange your lift pass for you as part of an overall ski package, please check them out here.
