Tour details
This tour is designed for beginners, you will ride from Dobrinishte to Bansko and back.
Starting in Samuil Street you will pass through the town of Dobrinishte, after leaving the town you will visit the Chapel of Saint Ilia and the Saint Nicholas waterfall. Then onto two reservoirs and finally the town of Bansko.
The waterfall "St. Nicholas" is located 3.2 km from the starting location, roaring at the foot of the high rocks in its eastern part. The waterfall is located at the foot of the Pirin mountain and below it you can enjoy a picturesque view and finally finishing back in Dobrinishte.
Tour details
The tour includes various dirt roads, passing through meadows, forests, slopes and ridges. We follow a route from the town of Dobrinishte to the Chapels of St. Cosma and Damian and onto the St. Pantaleimon Monastery. Passing by the Ribarnika trout restaurant and the area of Karpata from which you can see wonderful views from above and in the distance you can see the Rila mountain.
After that, the fun part through the forest road begins. At a distance of 3-4 kilometers after that, you will see two more smaller chapels of St. Dimitar and St. Spas and the entire experience along the way takes place against the backdrop of majestic views of Mount Bezbog.
You will have time to visit the local chapel of St. Nicholas. The place is popular for the archaeological excavations that have been discovered, which provide indisputable evidence that life has been alive there since the time of the Thracians and more precisely that of the Daians.
Finally returning to the town of Dobrinishte.
